Getting Started
What does this converter do?
This tool converts your audio files and cover artwork to meet the technical specifications required by different music distributors (CD Baby, DistroKid, TuneCore, LANDR, Ditto) and creates special audio effects like Slowed + Reverb.
Do I need to be logged in to use the converter?
Yes, you must be logged in to use the converter because it requires loyalty points and accesses your saved releases.
Loyalty Points
How many loyalty points do I need to convert files?
You need 5 loyalty points to convert any file (audio or image).
What happens if I don't have enough points?
If you have fewer than 5 points, the "Convert File" button will be disabled and you'll see a message telling you how many points you currently have.
Are points deducted before or after conversion?
Points are deducted after the conversion starts successfully. Once the conversion begins, 5 points will be automatically removed from your account.
Can I see my current loyalty points balance?
Yes! Your loyalty points are checked automatically when the page loads. If you have insufficient points, you'll see a warning message.

Distributor Specifications
What distributors are supported?
CD Baby / TuneCore / Ditto Music: Audio (WAV, 44.1kHz, 16-bit) | Images (varies by distributor)
DistroKid: Audio (WAV, 44.1kHz, 16-bit) | Images (JPG, 3000x3000, 90% quality)

These three distributors share the same technical specifications for audio files, so we've combined them into one convenient option to make your selection easier.
What is the "Slowed + Reverb" option?
This is a special audio effect that:
Slows down your track by 28% (0.72x speed)
Adds reverb effects for a dreamy, atmospheric sound
Creates a purple-filtered version of your cover art
Perfect for creating popular "slowed + reverb" versions of songs
Conversion Process

5 loyalty points are deducted from your account
The conversion process begins (you'll see "Processing your file...")
A progress bar shows estimated completion
When complete, a download button appears
Can I use the converter while a file is processing?
It's recommended to wait for each conversion to complete before starting a new one. The convert button is disabled during processing.
What if the conversion fails?
If a conversion fails, you'll see an error message. The system will attempt to preserve your loyalty points if the failure happens before the conversion actually starts.
Downloads

Once the conversion is complete, you'll see:
A success message: "Conversion complete! ✓"
A download button/link that appears below the status message

Most audio conversions → WAV format
Slowed + Reverb → MP3 format (320kbps)
Images → PNG or JPG (depending on distributor)
How long is the download link available?
Download links are generated by the conversion service. Download your file as soon as possible after conversion completes.
Troubleshooting
The "Convert File" button is disabled. Why?
The button is disabled if:
You haven't selected a release from the dropdown
You have fewer than 5 loyalty points
A conversion is already in progress
You selected a release that doesn't have the required file type (audio or image)
I selected a release but nothing happened. What should I do?
Check the status message for any error messages
Make sure you have at least 5 loyalty points
Verify the release has the correct file type (audio for 🎧 mode, image for 📷 mode)
Try refreshing the page and selecting again
The conversion is taking a very long time. Is something wrong?
Most conversions complete within 3 minutes. If it exceeds this time, the system will show a timeout error. You can try:
Refreshing the page
Trying again
Checking your internet connection
I switched between audio and image mode and lost my selection. Is this normal?
Yes, this is normal behavior. When you switch between 🎧 audio mode and 📷 image mode, your release selection is reset. This ensures you don't accidentally convert the wrong file type.
My releases aren't showing up. What's wrong?
Make sure:
You're logged in to your account
You've previously saved releases to your account
Your releases have audio or image files attached
Try refreshing the page

A: Hit Points (HP) work as a reward currency that you can earn and redeem for discounts on studio sessions, event tickets, exclusive content, merchandise, and more. Here's how it breaks down:
Understanding the Value of Hit Points
🔹 1 Discounted Dollar = 46 HP
For every $1 worth of services, products, or content, you’ll need 46 HP to cover the full cost.
For example, if a studio session costs $100, you’ll need: 100 x 46 = 4,600 HP to fully cover the session with points.
Earning Hit Points
You earn 7 HP for every $1 spent on Hit Talk services, including: ✔️ Studio bookings ✔️ Event tickets ✔️ Merchandise & music purchases ✔️ Artist subscriptions
So, if you book a $100 studio session, you’ll earn: 100 x 7 = 700 HP
Redeeming Hit Points
Hit Points can be redeemed for: 🎤 Studio Sessions & Event Venues 🎟️ Event Tickets 💿 Exclusive Music & Merch 🎥 Premium Content from Artists
