Levels of Access Permissions
When you set permissions, you can choose from three levels of access:
1. View: Allows users to open, view, and download files in the folder, but they cannot upload or manage the contents.
2. Upload: Users can upload new files to the folder, as well as view and download existing files.
3. Manage: Grants full control over the folder. This level lets users add new files, manage the folder, and set permissions for others to access the folder.
Important Note: Permissions are applied at the root folder level and automatically extend to all subfolders. So, when you adjust permissions for a main folder, those same permissions will apply to any files and folders under it.
