Service Description
Welcome to The Golden Session — where AU79 pays the road. This isn't just studio time. It's the full experience: a minimum 2-hour recording session with your engineer, door-to-door ride service included (we pick you up, we bring you home — no separate fare, no surprise charges), and once your record drops, we don't just leave you there. When your music releases on all digital platforms, you get a full post-session distribution analysis — real numbers on how your release is performing, where it's landing, and what it means for your next move. Every session is a step on the road to gold, and we're paving it with you the whole way. Book your slot. We'll handle the rest — the ride, the room, and the results. Available after 4 PM, subject to driver availability. Please book at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your ride. Round-trip pickup and drop-off included within the Philadelphia metro area.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions: Each booking reserves a minimum 2-hour session with your engineer, plus door-to-door ride service to and from AU79. Please be ready at your pickup location at the scheduled time — late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client's ride and session. Ride Details: Your ride is included as part of this service, not billed separately. Please confirm your pickup address is accurate at booking — incorrect addresses may delay your pickup and reduce your session time. Extra Time: Need more than 2 hours? Add an extra hour at booking for a discounted rate. This automatically extends your reserved time — no need to check availability separately. Credits: Sessions are paid using Hit Talk Credits, purchased in advance and tied specifically to AU79. Credits never expire and can be applied toward any service we offer — not just the one you originally purchased for. Credits are non-refundable to your original payment method once purchased, but remain fully usable on future sessions or convertible to Hit Points for use across the Hit Talk network. Cancellations: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session to keep your credits available for a future booking. Because your session includes a scheduled ride, cancellations inside the 24-hour window forfeit the credits for that session — this time is reserved specifically for your pickup and drop-off. No-Shows: Failing to show up at your pickup location or the studio without notice forfeits the session's credits in full. Repeated no-shows may result in a required prepayment for future bookings. Distribution Analytics: When your session's music releases on digital platforms, you'll receive a post-session distribution analysis — real performance data on your release, included at no extra cost. Account Access: Your account is accessed through a secure one-time login link sent to your email — no password required. This link is personal to you; please don't forward it, as it grants access to your credit balance and booking history. Payment Support: If you paid outside our standard checkout (Cash App, cash, or another method arranged with a staff member), your credits are applied once payment is confirmed — this may take a few minutes to a few hours depending on how the payment was reported.
