Cancellation Policy

Sessions: Each booking reserves a 1-hour session with your selected engineer. Please arrive on time — late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client's booking. Credits: Sessions are paid using Hit Talk Credits, purchased in advance and tied specifically to this studio. Credits never expire and can be applied toward any service we offer — not just the one you originally purchased for. Credits are non-refundable to your original payment method once purchased, but remain fully usable on future sessions or convertible to Hit Points for use across the Hit Talk network. Cancellations: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session to keep your credits available for a future booking. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window forfeit the credits for that session. No-Shows: Failing to show up without notice forfeits the session's credits in full. Repeated no-shows may result in a required prepayment for future bookings. Account Access: Your account is accessed through a secure one-time login link sent to your email — no password required. This link is personal to you; please don't forward it to others, as it grants access to your credit balance and booking history. Rebooking: After each session, you can immediately book another time slot for the same service directly from your confirmation page — no need to start over. Studio Changes: Credits are locked to the studio where they were purchased and are not transferable to another studio. If you'd like flexibility to use your balance elsewhere in the network, you may convert available credits to Hit Points at any time from your account page. This conversion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Payment Support: If you paid outside our standard checkout (Cash App, cash, or another method arranged with a staff member), your credits are applied once payment is confirmed — this may take a few minutes to a few hours, depending on how the payment was reported.
